We’ve on the lookout for people to help with the Lyme Regis Carnival events in 2012…
What’s involved? Carnival Week is very busy, long, action packed 10 days in August. The early team starts setting up from around 07:30, daytime events generally start around 10:00 through until 17:00 then evening events from 19:00 until 21-22:00. Needless to say, you can’t do it all, it’s quite ok to choose a bit here and there.
You can help or run, one or more events to suit what time you can give. Have a look at last years event reports and timetable for some inspiration!

Have you experience with running large/public events or want to get involved in running things a bit more? There’s always a spare chair at our committee meetings…
Marketing and publicity – we update our website and social media around 400 times a year, if you’d like to contribute articles for the site, have experience managing social media, web promotion or have the skills to author web apps, IOS and Android apps, please do get in touch.
One last thing, its all voluntary – we don’t employ anyone because every spare penny we raise goes towards our local good causes
